Refund Policy

We believe in clarity, kindness, and doing the right thing. Whether you're booking a private session or ordering a physical product, we want you to feel secure and respected throughout the process.
Please read below for details on our refund policy.
Coaching & Hypnotherapy Sessions
All private sessions are non-refundable once delivered.
However, if you need to cancel or reschedule:

You must do so at least 24 hours in advance to avoid being charged.

Cancellations made with proper notice can be fully refunded or rescheduled at no cost.

No-shows or late cancellations (less than 24 hours) are not eligible for refund.
Emergency exceptions may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Speaking Engagements
If you’ve booked Linda Tatum for a live event, podcast, or private group session:

Refund and cancellation terms will be outlined in the individual agreement.

If the event is cancelled by the host, any applicable deposits may be forfeited unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If the event is cancelled by Linda due to illness, emergency, or unforeseen conflict, a full refund will be issued or an alternative date will be offered.
Pre-Orders (Books and Physical Products)
You may request a full refund at any time before your pre-order ships.
Just email us at linda@nextwithlinda.com, and we’ll process the refund promptly.
Once your item has shipped, it falls under the policy for physical products (see below).
Physical Products (Books, Merch, etc.)
We want you to be happy with your purchase. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or is not delivered:​

We’ll replace it at no cost to you, or

Issue a full refund if the issue can’t be resolved
Please contact us at linda@nextwithlinda.com within 14 days of receiving your order, and include your name, order number, and a photo (if applicable).
Refunds are generally not issued for buyer’s remorse, but exceptions may be made at our discretion.
Undeliverable Orders
If we are unable to deliver your item due to postal restrictions or address errors, you will receive a full refund.
Please make sure to double-check your shipping address at checkout.
Digital Products (if offered in the future)
All digital content (such as e-books or downloads) will be considered non-refundable once delivered. If you experience issues accessing your purchase, we’re happy to assist.
