Thank you for your interest in NEXT… with Linda and any future offerings. We appreciate your support and want to make sure you know exactly what to expect when ordering from us.
Shipping Timeline
All physical products (including books, journals, or special items) will ship from our U.S. location within 7–10 business days of the order being processed — unless otherwise noted on the product page.
You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order has been shipped, including a tracking number if available.
Pre-Orders
Some products — such as first-edition book copies or special collections — may be offered on a pre-order basis before they are available to ship.
If you pre-order an item:​

It will be clearly marked as a pre-order at the time of purchase.

Your payment will be processed at the time of checkout.

The item will ship as soon as it becomes available — estimated timelines will be listed on the product page.

If production is delayed for any reason, we will notify you by email with an updated shipping estimate.
You may request a full refund at any time before your pre-order ships, no questions asked.

Shipping rates are automatically calculated at checkout based on your location and selected delivery speed.
You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and a second email with tracking details once your item ships.

Failed Deliveries & Refunds
If, for any reason, we are unable to deliver your purchase to the address provided — due to postal restrictions, carrier limitations, or other issues — you will be notified and promptly issued a full refund.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you catch a mistake, email us as soon as possible after placing your order.
Carrier Information
We ship via USPS or other reliable carriers depending on availability and destination.
Once a package leaves our hands, we are not responsible for shipping delays due to carrier issues, weather events, or other external circumstances — but we’ll do our best to help if something goes wrong.
